Q: What are your business hours?

 

7 days a week, Monday to Friday 10am - 7pm, Saturday 10am - 6pm, and Sunday 10am – 5pm.

However, hours may vary by month, so please check with us.

 

 

Q: How to book an appointment?

 

We can book an appointment by phone, text, website or in-person at the spa.

 

 

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?

 

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge until 24 hours before your appointment. If fail to do so or no-shows will result in a charge of a cancellation fee.

Q: What if I’m late for my appointment?

 

Please keep in mind that arriving late for your appointment may result in a shorter length of your treatment, so as not to inconvenience other guests. Your treatment will end on time and the full value of treatment will be charged.

 

 

Q: Can I use my phone at the spa?

 

For the courtesy of other guests and to preserve a relaxing and tranquil environment, we kindly ask you to refrain from using your phone while you’re at the spa.

 

 

Q: What method of payment is available?

 

Visa, Master, E-transfer, Debit, Cash are accepted.

 

 

Q : How long does it take to apply eyelash extensions?

 

The application may take up to 1.5hrs depending on the set of eyelashes you desire.

 

 

Q : How long do they last?

 

Eyelash Extensions can last up to 3-6 weeks depending on your natural lashes’ renew cycle and how you take care of them. If you desire to maintain your full look of your eyelash extension, we recommend to have refills/maintenance refills done periodically.

 

 

Q : How often should I get a refill?

 

It is recommended to have a refill done every 2-3 weeks to maintain the full look of your eyelash extensions.

 

 

Q : Is it harmful to my natural lashes?

 

No. Eyelash Extensions will not cause harm to your natural lashes because it is a safe and non-invasive procedure. Our technicians will advise you the maximum thickness and length that would be appropriate for your own natural lashes in a long-term. Please keep in mind that your eyelashes have its own life span and they shed daily, just like any other hair on your body. By applying eyelash extensions it may seem more noticeable that your eyelashes are falling but it is a natural process, not caused by extensions. Although extensions are safe, taking care of them properly will go a long way in maintaining your natural eyelash health. Our technicians will gladly go through proper eyelash aftercare with you. 

 

 

Q : Can I apply mascara to Eyelash Extensions?

 

If you’d like to wear mascara in addition to your extension, apply them only on the tips. We recommend that you use water-based mascara or the one’s made for eyelash extension users. Please feel free to ask us for product details.

 

 

Q : Can I go to gym, swim, shower or visit spa while I have extensions on?

 

It is very important to avoid getting your eyelashes wet for the first 24-48 hours after the application. After the initial 48 hours you are free to enjoy your activities, and your beautiful eyelashes!

 

 

Q : Is Eyelash Extensions suitable for everyone?

 

It is suitable for everyone, except if you:

• Have or recently had an eye infection or eye conditions such as Blepharitis, and or allergic reactions
• Very rough with themselves and cannot follow the aftercare instructions
